Beacon Program

Opus A.R.I.S.E. Beacon is a second home for our participants. With dedicated comfortable spaces for after-school, movement and dance, fitness, sports, art, cooking, S.T.E.M., job readiness, adult education classes, high School prep, as well as open play spaces and lounging areas. We are located in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn and also serve the neighboring community residents of East New York, Ocean Hill, Canarsie and Bedford Stuyvesant. We take pride in insuring that all participants feel welcomed and provide a safe space for the LGBTQ community. At Opus A.R.I.S.E. Beacon participants meet new people, learn new skills and grow.
